Many clear traits that are found in good leaders which can be developed or may be naturally part of their personality .Leadership self-confidence is one of its major aspects that helps inspire confidence in the others who trust their leader and gets the best efforts and commitment from his team members. As a successful leader, Steve Jobs set his goals and he set up everything in life to realize those goals. He Accentuate the Positive attitude though he started life out on the wrong foot as he was abandoned for adoption at birth. Jeff Bezos’ success and developed business is due to his attributes and his own effective way of leading .If we look further in the structure of the Path-Goal Theory, Jeff Bezos leadership can be also viewed as achievement-oriented. He is the leader who challenges subordinates to perform work at the best level possible. He establishes a high standard of excellence for subordinates and seeks continuous improvement (Northouse, 2007). Jeff Bezos was able to change his company Amazon from an ordinary online bookstore in 1994 to one of the biggest Internet retailer in the world.
